Local, Freedom, Affordable and Support development projects
This is the journey of Go Local! Travel. You make your individual tour as long and luxurious as you want (or adjust it on location) and you can expand your trip alongside destinations with volunteering and/or various courses. For your overnight stays we use local entrepreneurs. We have also put together special activities so that you can discover the beautiful Ecuador in the best possible way. The following projects are supported by your Go Local! Travel
Street children in Quito: these children can also go on holiday themselves, which for many will be the first time (more info).
Homeless elderly people in Quito: thanks to your holiday, the elderly get a delicious, healthy lunch for free for a year. (see video)
Bilsa Nature Park: the organization of this unique nature reserve can continue to protect nature and plant new trees (more info).
When booking your trip, you decide which of these three projects go local! Travel can support thanks to your trip. Of course, you also have the opportunity to visit these projects during your trip.
The result
The trip is fully planned, negotiated and composed for you in order to enjoy the best possible time. The most beautiful places can't be missed!
You will travel individually or by group trip by public or private transport: you will have many special encounters with the locals.
You choose the degree of comfort: do you prefer to sleep in your own tent, a hotel or in a special location? As you wish.
Through the book, the Local Planet, which is entirely tailor-made for your trip, you will have no problems finding the right buses and places at the right time.
On site you can book an extra night or stay at a hotel if you have chosen the camping option.
This trip offers the possibility to be active for a day or several days/weeks with a local community with ecological agriculture or other local projects.
In short this trip includes 100% culture and nature and you can go on holiday at real cost.
